01 · Terms & conditions
Quotations, orders and custom work
Website prices, availability and lead times are indicative only. A product or project becomes an order only after Yellow Design issues a written quotation or order confirmation and the customer accepts the stated scope, price, payment terms and timing.
Unless a written quotation says otherwise, GST, freight, site access, installation and storage are additional. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time. Custom and made-to-order work may require a deposit and cannot generally be cancelled once drawings, procurement or production have commenced.
Digital finish previews are guides only. Colour, grain, texture and pattern can vary between screens, production batches and natural materials. Physical samples and final drawings should be approved before production.
02 · Privacy & uploaded files
Your information and project documents
Contact details and project information are used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate approved work and provide relevant aftercare. Only provide documents you are authorised to share.
The current enquiry and tender controls prepare an addressed email in your own email application. Files selected on this website are not silently uploaded or stored by the website; attach them to the email draft before sending. Submitted information may then be shared with approved suppliers or delivery partners where needed to quote or deliver the requested work, and where required by law.
Your enquiry basket, venue-planner layout and any Material Mask Studio draft are saved in your browser on that device so you can return to them. Yellow Design does not receive that locally saved information until you choose to prepare and send an email. You can remove it with the relevant clear or remove control, or by clearing this site’s browser data.
Like most hosted websites, the hosting service may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type and security logs. Playing embedded YouTube or Vimeo media, or following a social-media link, also connects to that provider and is subject to its privacy settings and terms.

03 · Warranty & care
Commercial performance depends on the application
Warranty coverage is confirmed for each product or project in writing and depends on the specified application, installation, maintenance and approved use. Product claims should include the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
Commercial furniture must be cleaned and maintained according to the supplied care instructions. Natural timber, stone, textiles and leather can vary in colour, grain and texture, and will develop character through normal use.
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
04 · Delivery, returns & variations
Timing and site readiness are confirmed per order
Delivery timing is confirmed after product availability, production timing, access requirements and destination are known. Customers should check site access, dimensions, loading arrangements and installation conditions before delivery.
Made-to-order, custom and specially sourced products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Claims for damage, shortage or an incorrect item should be made promptly after delivery with supporting photographs and packaging retained where practical.
